The departure times from Europe should be so you arrive at the border of Shanwick Oceanic Airspace not before 1130 UTC and no later than 1930. Therfore you will have to work out your time to the zone boundary. Please also read the Operations Manual on Atlantic Procedures including ETOPS and the Atlantic Airspace. Coming Eastbound you should not arrive at the America Canada / New York or Gander Oceanic Airspace boundaries. border before 0100 and not after 0730 UTC . You need to work out what tracks your require in addition and the cruise height at the zone boundary. you cannot change flight level once in the Oceanic Area.
Barbados and St Martin
These flights depart Europe homebase airports at 0800 local time. They route via Santa Maria Oceanic and New York Oceanic ATC areas. You may land in the Azores if you wish we suggest at LPPD. One hour turnaround time applies in both resorts.
