Disney Express will operate out of KMCO in Orlando or Los Angeles. Pilots flying to and from Europe must adhere to the North Atlantic procedures with regard to Deparure times so as to arrive at the Eastern end Oceanic airspace entry point going Westbound not before 1130 UTC and not after 1930. You will need to work out the time to the Oceanic Boundary from your departure point to arrange the departure time at your departure airport.
